Omega 3-6-9 is a blend of Flax Seed, Canola, Primrose, Black Currant and Pumpkin Seed oils. This combination of well-known nutritional oils provides a unique balance of Omega-3 and Omega-6 Essential Fatty Acids, plus Omega-9, a non-essential, but beneficial fatty acid.
The Omega-3’s Alpha Linolenic Acid, EPA and DHA, and Omega-6: GLA are necessary for the maintenance of cardiovascular, nervous system and skin health. Oleic Acid, an Omega-9 oil, is not considered “essential” because of our body can produce it in small amounts, but only if adequate Omega-3 and Omega-6 are present.

The flax plant has massively high “lignan” content of Omega 3 Fatty Acids. Used as a salad dressing in food preparation can bring bountiful health for the heart, the brain and the entire cellular system.
Canola Oil (cold pressed) 260 mg: Second only to Flax Seed Oil, Canola is the next highest vegetable source of the essential Omega-3 Fatty Acids.
Evening Primrose Oil (cold pressed) 300 mg, Black Currant Oil 20 mg, Pumpkin Seed Oil 20 mg: Omega-6 is found in these plants and Pumpkin seeds. Omega-6 fatty acids are necessary for the maintenance of the cardiovascular system, the nervous system and for skin health.
This recipe is nearly identical to my Miracle Potassium Broth, an amazing Soup of Life I’ve used for years with tremendous success for all disease conditions. It is very high in essential Potassium which helps generate energy. The addition of cinnamon helps lower blood sugar levels.
In a big soup pot combine the following:
4 carrots with skins, washed and diced
2 red potatoes with skins, washed and quartered
1 onion, quartered
3 stalks celery, diced
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 head red cabbage, sliced
1/2 bunch broccoli, cut up
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Add water to cover the vegetables and bring to a simmer, with lid on, for about 30 minutes.
Remove from heat. Add 2 tsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos to each bowl, and serve. If desired, you can also puree this soup in a blender, for a smoother texture.
Store in the refrigerator and serve hot or cold.
This is a fabulous soup using split peas, herbs, miso, onions, celery and carrots – all containing high amounts of vital Chromium, the miracle mineral, that controls blood sugar and glucose utilized by insulin.

2 Cloves Garlic
1-2 Tbsp. of emulsified cod liver oil
1. Crush garlic cloves, grate the habanero and mix with the cod liver oil.

This is a wonderfully powerful food! Enjoy this every day.
TwinLabs makes some wonderfully flavored cod liver oil.
I use cod liver oil because I am not dealing with any health conditions. If I was losing weight or dealing with fluid retention, I would substitute Evening Primrose oil.
