Pamela’s Favorite Strawberry, Banana and Kale Smoothie
Ingredients:
10 -12 oz. of water, Almond, Coconut, Hemp or Soy milk
1 scoop of Protein Plus Superfood Powder
1 cup of favorite frozen fruits (instead of ice) such as: Strawberries, Mixed Berries, Blueberries etc.
1 Banana or 1/2 Avocado
1 scoop of Marine Phyto-Plankton
½ to 1 tsp. of Life Transfusion Liquid Minerals
½ to 1 tsp. Agave
handful of Kale
dash or two of Turmeric
dash of Vanilla
dash of Nutmeg (if you use a banana)
Add all ingredients in your blender and blend till smooth. Enjoy!
Exercise
Exercise is the one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself! Exercise reduces stress, increases energy, enhances your mood and boosts endorphins, the feel good hormones.
