Pamela’s  Favorite Strawberry, Banana and Kale Smoothie Recipe
Makes 1 smoothie

Ingredients:
10 -12 oz. of water, or milk alternative Almond, Coconut, Hemp or Soy milk
1 scoop of Protein Plus Superfood Powder
1 cup of favorite frozen fruits (instead of ice) such as; Strawberries, Mixed Berries, Blueberries etc.
1 banana or 1/2 an avocado
1 scoop of Marine Phyto-Plankton
½ to 1 teaspoon of Life Transfusion
½ to 1 teaspoon Agave
handful of kale
dash or two of Turmeric
dash of Vanilla
dash of Nutmeg (if you use a banana)

Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend till smooth.


Chocolate Almond Butter Protein Smoothie
Makes 1 smoothie

Ingredients:
8 oz. Almond or Soy milk
2 T organic almond butter, smooth
1 serving of Protein Plus Superfood Powder or Chocolate Non-Dairy (Pea, Soy or Vegan) Protein Powder
1//2 to 1 tsp. Liquid Mineral Complex
1 fresh or frozen banana
1 T chia, flax, or hemp seeds
dash of vanilla
dash of nutmeg
4-8 ice cubes  (to taste)

Put all ingredients in your blender and blend till smooth


Super “V8″ Vegetable Drink
Makes six 8 oz. servings

Ingredients:
6 to 8 tomatoes
½ green pepper
2 stalks celery with leaves
½ bunch parsley
4 green onions wit tops
2 carrots with tops
½ small bunch spinach, washed
2 lemons peeled or 5 tablespoons lemon juice
Juice all these then add 2 teaspoons Bragg Liquid Aminos.
