Further Tips and Suggestions:

1. EAT WHOLE FOODS – Your new motto needs to be, “Forks Over Knives!” – This means you primarily eat foods needing use of a fork; salads, stir-fry veggies and fruits instead of foods that need to be cut with a knife.  In fact, people say when they switch to a plant-strong, whole food diet, they can’t GAIN weight!
