Further Tips & Suggestions
- Start your day with the juice of 1/2 lemon squeezed in 8 oz. hot water and then go get some exercise. Work up a sweat for at least 30 minutes. 45 minutes is even better, but even a brisk walk around the block makes a difference!
- Don’t skip breakfast! Your body just “fasted” and needs fuel for the day. Avoid empty foods like toast, muffins, bagels, donuts.
