Further Tips & Suggestions
- Start your day with the juice of 1/2 lemon squeezed in 8 oz. hot water and then go get some exercise. Work up a sweat for at least 30 minutes. 45 minutes is even better, but even a brisk walk around the block makes a difference!
- Don’t skip breakfast! Your body just “fasted” and needs fuel for the day. Avoid empty foods like toast, muffins, bagels, donuts. Instead make up a Super-food Smoothie with a scoop of our Protein Plus Superfood and add your favorite fresh or frozen fruits. Or, have a bowl of oatmeal with quinoa (high in protein), fruit and a few nuts.
