When I was fighting cancer 20+ years ago, I was fortunate to learn from many healers around the globe.  While they each shared unique insights with me, they all repeated a consistent message:

The best doctor for your body is not a doctor, but your own body.

The Body as Doctor means triggering the body with all its miraculous capacities to treat the problem, the disease, the malfunction. If you’ve heard me speak, you know how passionate I am about minerals. Did you know that without minerals, vitamins are useless?
